The West Virginia Pregnancy Center provides Board training, free of charge. Board training equips the Pregnancy Center board of Directors with the necessary tools to efficiently  oversee the ministry. It develops a set of best practices based on their center’s mission and purpose. It provides board members with the skills, clarity, and confidence they need to effectively govern. From goal setting, corporate and legal responsibilities, establishing committees, fundraising, board responsibilities and more, boards will be engaged to empower their leadership.

Connecting with your clients is essential to produce an effective ministry. Equip your volunteers with effective communication skills to enhance client sessions, building effective relationships. Learn active listening skills, how to give feedback with kindness, non-verbal communication and more. Connecting with  your clients will be lifechanging! This training is interactive and vital to all those engaging with clients.
